Provides aeromedical instruction to flight personnel. Provides aeromedical advice/recommendations to commands. Participates in flights to observe crew practices, medically related flight missions, and aeromedical RDT&E programs. Serves as member of aircraft mishap investigation boards. Prevents aircraft accidents through the practice of preventive aerospace medicine and aeromedical safety.
